Chandragiri is located in the district of Odisha, Chandragiri is popular because of Tibetans residing there and for the Buddhist Monastery. The Tibetans came to Chandragiri leaving their country Tibet as Chinese was capturung Tibetans. They had to fled from Tibet and some people settled in Chandragiri.
Its very affordable to travel to Jirang as we have bus service from Bhubaneshwar. I and my friends visited Jirang booking one mini-bus where we were charged 2000 rupees front and back to Parlakhemundi to Chandragiri. Jirang or Chandragiri is beautiful as people are good and helpful.
